Lo shares her journey from hustling in the corporate world and drag to building an event production company that created major RuPaul’s Drag Race viewing parties in LA, and discusses overcoming imposter syndrome, embracing sobriety after hitting a low point at 25, and learning to get out of her own way by leaning into authenticity. She explains what winning the title means as a visible trans woman and why she champions economic empowerment for LGBTQ+ people, including her work launching the free workforce tool “Negotiate Your Narrative” with Be: the Transformational Change Fund. Lo also talks about the realities of entrepreneurship, supporting performers, and preparing to compete in Thailand for the international crown.
