Let's get started with the four 36 00:02:34.969 --> 00:02:42.689 steps to becoming a drag queen. Step one, may good thoughts be your 37 00:02:42.810 --> 00:02:46.759 sword and shield. Good thoughts are essential to living a happy life, and 38 00:02:47.159 --> 00:02:52.360 maybe you already have days where you're very positive and optimistic about your life. 39 00:02:52.719 --> 00:02:57.199 That is great, and it's important to keep that going whenever you can for 40 00:02:57.280 --> 00:03:00.669 as long as you can. I simply acknowledge and accept my thoughts and feelings as 52 00:03:49.159 --> 00:03:53.759 they are. Accepting your feelings, instead of hiding them or thinking you should 53 00:03:53.759 --> 00:03:58.750 feel differently, will give you clarity about any situation.
